How it works

Five steps, first text to final hearing

  1. 01

Step 1: You call or text

Say what you were charged with, the county, and the next date on your papers. Nothing more is needed yet.

  2. 02

Step 2: Armando finds the first deadline

Usually the license hearing request. He tells you the date and what to send.

  3. 03

Step 3: He reads every paper

The report, the video, the test results. He calls you with what he sees and what he doesn't.

  4. 04

Step 4: You get a fee in writing

It states what the fee covers and what costs are separate. You decide then, not before.

  5. 05

Step 5: He appears at your hearings

You hear from him before and after each one, in the language you prefer.

The first call

Keep these close for the call

You don't need everything. Whatever you have is enough to start.

  • Any paper the officer or the court gave you

  • Your driver's license, or its number

  • The date and place of the stop

  • Any earlier tickets or charges

Call or text; either works

Armando answers in English or Spanish.

Texts aren't private. Please don't send confidential details by text; Armando will ask for them on a call.
