Privacy
This page explains what Guajardo Law collects through this site and what it does with it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you type. When you call or text, we see your number and what you say. The site also records basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the kind of device used.
How we use it
We use it to answer you and to keep the site working. We don't sell your information.
Please keep the first message short
A form or a text is not a private channel. Don't include confidential details, such as the facts of your arrest, until you have spoken with Armando and signed an agreement.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call or write to the office. Contact details are in the footer of every page.
