Sample matters

How driving cases end, one caveat at a time

These sample matters show the kinds of outcomes the firm works toward. Each one says why it can't be promised.

  • Dismissed

    DUI, first charge

The video showed no lawful reason for the stop, and the evidence that followed it was thrown out before trial.

    2025

Sample matter. A stop is judged on its own facts.

  • License kept

    Suspension hearing

The hearing was requested inside the deadline, and the suspension did not take effect.

    2025

Sample matter. The deadline is short, and missing it ends this option.

  • Reduced

    Reckless driving

Lowered to a lesser traffic violation after the client finished a driving course.

    2024

Sample matter. A reduction depends on the charge, the record and the court.

  • Not guilty

    DUI, trial

A jury heard the officer's account, the video and the breath test, and returned a not-guilty verdict.

    2024

Sample matter. A jury's decision can't be predicted.

  • Ticket dismissed

    Speeding, commercial license

The citation was dismissed after a driving class, so it never reached the driver's record.

    2023

Sample matter. Not every court or charge allows this.

  • Lesser charge

    Second DUI, refusal

The prosecutor accepted a lesser charge once the officer's paperwork was challenged.

    2023

Sample matter. A prior record changes what is possible.

Sample matters, for illustration. Every case is different, and past results don't guarantee a similar outcome.
